Svetoslav Ovtcharov graduated in Film and TV Directing at National Academy of Theatre and Film Art, Sofia, Bulgaria in classes of Georgi Djulgerov and Mladen Kiselov.Author and director of many documentaries and TV films. He wrote two historical books and three stage plays.
