Hele Kõre was born on January 7, 1980 in a small Estonian town called Jõgeva. She graduated Jõgeva's Gymnasium in 1998 and on the same year she began her studies in Estonian Academy of Music's Higher Theatre School under the watchful eye of Elmo Nüganen. She graduated Estonian Academy of Music's Higher Theatre School in 2002.
