介绍
Mihail Meltev graduated in Film and TV Directing from National Academy for Theatre and Fil Art, Sofia in 1980. Until 1991 he worked for Boyana Film Studios, between 1992 and 1999 was a lecturer at the Southwestern University in Blagoevgrad; From 1993 to 1994 he was executive director of the Bulgarian National Television.
