Leon Fromkess，Educated at Columbia University in New York, Leon Fromkess entered the film industry as a financial specialist for Columbia Pictures in 1929. He joined Monogram Pictures in 1938 as Treasurer, and several years later left Monogram to join PRC as vice president and general manager in charge of production.
