Sam Nazarian, multi-hyphenate film producer, real estate financier, hotelier and restaurateur, is the CEO of Element Films. Element is a film financing and production company which anticipates producing up to a dozen films per year budgeted under 15 million dollars. The venture currently has five films in different stages of production.
