John T. Ford，John or J.T. as his friend`s call him was born in the small town of Union City, Tennessee, which located in the far North West corner of the state near the geological phenomenon, known as Reelfoot Lake. He was first bit by the acting bug at the age of 20, when a scene from the movie "U.S. Marshalls" was to be filmed at Reelfoot Lake.
