Tripp Weathers，Tripp grew up in Shelby, NC and graduated from The University of North Carolina in 1993. He moved to Wilmington, North Carolina in 1999 to open a boutique production company and pursue filmmaking. While in Wilmington Tripp wrote and directed several commercials, industrials and cable television episodes.
