Scott Engrotti，Born in Waukegan Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, Scott Engrotti studied Fine Arts Photography at Southern Illinois University. In the mid 70's he opened an Italian restaurant in the college community establishing his entrepreneurship and used his venue as an art gallery to support the local art scene.
