She is best known as the creator of the comedy-drama television series Gilmore Girls (2000–07, 2016), Bunheads (2012–13), and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (2017–present). She is known for her trademark rapid-fire dialogue, which is often full of obscure pop culture references; and as well for her preferred master shot filming style.[
