Andre Robert Cobbs was born in New Rochelle, New York and moved to Los Angeles at the age of 1 years old. He was raised in the suburbs of Malibu, CA where his inspiration for film sprouted. He first was a recording artist, known in the Hip Hop/Underground as ARC The Messenger.
