Jaki Nelson, born Jacqueline Ranum Nelson to a loving entertainment family, has spent her life pursuing the arts. She started doing musicals under a program at CSUN at age 6. Singing came naturally to her, as her father was a successful recording artist throughout the 70's, having his own first hit record at age 15.
