Ορέστης Λάσκος，Orestis Laskos was a Greek film director, writer, actor and poet. Born in Eleusis, in 1907, from a rich family of landlords. After graduating high school, he moved to Athens to join the Medical School and later the Military Academy but after a while he quit. He started as a actor and singer, but in the early 1930s we was attracted to filmmaking.
