Charles Harrelson，Charles Felton Harrelson was born in Tampa, Florida, to Daniel Bruce Harrelson and Carol Lynn Harrelson. After graduating from the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Criminology, he went on to study acting and the Eric Morris process with Kathy Laughlin at The Performer's Studio Workshop.
