Otto Buj，Born in Toronto, Ontario Canada on March 12th 1969, Otto Buj is an art school dropout and self-invented filmmaker based in Windsor, Ontario. He established and programmed the Kinotek Film Society from 1991 to 1997, a respected showcase that screened rarely-seen foreign and independent films in the Windsor-Detroit area.
