Charles Everett Elmore III was born in a small town outside of Tulsa OK, to Mike and Kathy Elmore. At age 6 his parents and three sisters moved from Tulsa to Claremore, a small town just north of T-town. Shortly after settling down, his parents separated and soon divorced.
