Kevin Bissada began his profession in the entertainment industry at the age of 23 as an assistant at Michelle Pfeiffer's production company, Via Rosa Productions in April of 1996. He was hired by Development Director, Mary Kohnert, and it was there he became acquainted with Pfeiffer's producing partner and friend, Kate Guinzburg.
