Oliverio Gareli was born on September 13th 1966 in Monterrey, Nuevo León, México, in the bosom of a traditional Mexican family, when his parents had been married for 20 years. He is the only child of Oliverio Garza and Abelia Elizondo. Raised and educated in Monterrey, Oliverio got a Business Degree from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in 1987.
